Waivers (collected during in-person classes)

TYC has stored the following information of teachers and students as taken from waivers: names, phone numbers, addresses, emergency contacts, email addresses. This information will not be shared with anyone or any entity except as required by law (such as during a legal investigation or subpoena). This information is ONLY used internally to provide notification to students of classes, events, etc through e-mail newsletters. In the event of an emergency, TYC may access emergency contact information and notify the emergency contact.

Information is likely captured by other entities such as ZOOM, YouTube, Google, PayPal and other online providers. TYC does not capture or save any information that these other digital platforms may capture. Any malware, spybots, viruses, cookies etc. may propagate through these digital platforms, but TYC has no knowledge nor control over these types of interfaces. TYC cannot guarantee information such as Facebook comments or any other information captured while using these types of digital platforms, is held private. TYC encourages people to stay informed of the privacy policies of these digital providers.

TYC does not knowingly collect any information from children. TYC encourages parents to interface with TYC regarding participation of children with TYC activities.

Should anyone feel that their information is not being protected, please notify TYC and appropriate action will be taken to ensure privacy of any personal information managed directly by TYC. By participating in and interfacing with TYC, you hereby consent to this Privacy Policy
